John Hoagland (Mashpee, MA) was a PADI dive instructor, and became an early RIMAP volunteer. He was a very active diver on many different projects, made presentations about his involvement, and was President of the RIMAP Board of Directors for 10 years. Although retired now, he still supports RIMAP as an elder statesman who holds much of the institutional memory of the organization.
